These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by GlanzePro. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
GlanzePro provides domestic, office, and commercial cleaning services, including one-off and recurring cleans.
All services are carried out according to the type of service booked and the condition of the property at the time of cleaning.
2. Bookings & Payments
•All bookings are subject to availability.
•Prices are quoted per hour or per service, depending on the service selected.
•Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
•We reserve the right to adjust prices if the property condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
•We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
•Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
•GlanzePro reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Access to Property
•The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
•If access is not available at the agreed time, the booking may be cancelled and charged accordingly.
5. Cleaning Standards
•Our cleaners work to professional standards within the time booked.
•Results depend on the condition of the property and the service selected.
•Heavy dirt, grease, mould, or limescale may require a Deep Cleaning service and is not included in standard cleaning unless agreed.
6. Health & Safety
•Clients must inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or areas requiring special care.
•We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty or unstable items, poor installation, or pre-existing conditions.
7. Breakages & Damage
•Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
•Liability is limited to repair or replacement where appropriate and verified.
•Normal wear and tear is excluded.
8. Insurance
GlanzePro holds appropriate business insurance for cleaning services provided.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
10. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
•The environment is unsafe
•Abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs
•Payment terms are repeatedly breached
11. Privacy
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
GlanzePro reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
