1.What cleaning services do you offer?

We provide Domestic Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, End of Tenancy Cleaning, Office & Commercial Cleaning, and specialist services such as Oven Cleaning. Services are available as one-off or regular bookings.

2.Are your cleaning products safe and eco-friendly?

Yes. We use eco-aware, professional-grade products that are carefully tested and proven safe for homes and kitchens. Many are also used worldwide in professional kitchen chain restaurants.

3.Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

No. We bring all necessary professional cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer us to use your own products, please let us know in advance.

4.How much do your services cost?

•Domestic and office cleaning starts from £15 per hour

•Deep Cleaning and Extreme Deep Cleaning are charged at higher hourly rates depending on the level of work

•Oven Cleaning is charged at a fixed price per oven

5.Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes. A minimum booking of 2 hours applies to hourly cleaning services.

6.What is not included in a standard clean?

Standard cleaning does not include heavy grease, mould, limescale, or extreme dirt build-up. For these conditions, a Deep Cleaning service is recommended.

7.Do you offer regular cleaning plans?

Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning plans for both domestic and office clients.

8.Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?

No. As long as safe access to the property is provided, you do not need to be present during the service.

9.What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

10.Are you insured?

Yes. GlanzePro holds appropriate business insurance for all services provided.

11.What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will address any concerns promptly.
